Question Planning to Visit Key West - Help Needed

HI!
I AM A SPANISH CITIZEN OWNING A HATTERAS 52, REGISTERED IN DELAWARE AND LIVING IN THE CARIBBEAN AREA.
I NEED TO VISIT K WEST AND BUY SPARE PARTS AND FILTERS FOR MY DETROIT'S.
MY BOAT IS OUT OF THE US ALL THE TIME, IT IS BASED ON CAYMAN AND SOME TIMES IN D. REPUBLIC.
SINCE I AM FROM SPAIN AND THE BOAT IS REGISTERED ON DELAWARE, I WONDER IF I WOULD HAVE ANY PROBLEM WHEN I GET TO K WEST IN FLORIDA OR IF I NEED ANY SPECIAL PERMISSION.
I UNDERSTAND MY BOAT IS UNDOCUMENTED BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH IT IS REGISTERED IN DELAWARE SINCE I AM NOT US CITIZEN, I DO NOT HAVE THE US FLAG, I ONLY HAVE THE DELAWARE REGISTRATION.
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME HELP WITH THIS.
I PLAN TO LEAVE NEXT WEEK.
THANKS!!!

CARLOS

Re: Planning to Visit Key West - Help Needed

I think all the information you need is here:
Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

It appears that you can visit for up to 90 days without a visa, if you meet certain other requirements and fill out an online request.

Good luck.

I think he was asking about the boat... (Delaware registration without federal)

Oh. Well the boat's no problem at all. The authorities don't really care how or where it is registered and/or documented. So long as you have some sort of papers that indicate that you didn't just steal it from the rightful owner, you'll be fine.

Welcome to CF Carlos!
Just curious, but why KW? Supplies are double expensive there compared to Miami, not to mention a way better selection up there.... AND I'll bet closer to steam to!

I don't believe you will have a problem with the Delaware registration as long as it is in your name.

I think the visa waiver only applies when arriving by an approved commercial carrier by air or sea.

It's in the third or fourth question of the FAQ from the link above.
