Want To Buy: Volvo MD7A Diesel Injection Pump banjo bolts

While troubleshooting engine problems, the previous owner of my Columbia 9.6 seems to have misplaced the banjo bolts which connect the high pressure fuel lines to the diesel injection pump, along with the one way valves.

I believe I have suitable replacements for the valves, but I could really use those banjo bolts. Anyone have a source?

I have attached a photo of the parts I'm missing.

Have you tried a Volvo dealer? I would imagine that bolt may be common to several different models. If that fails try a injector pump repair shop. Good luck

Most all fuel injection repair shop will have them in stock I know I do at mine

You might find it is cheaper to do that the other way around - ie injection shop, then Volvo dealer!

You have a CAV / Lucas Injection Pump on your Volvo
For any parts on the pump just take the Part # of the unit
( DPA ..... ) and visit your CAV inj.pump Dealer. A lot cheaper
than the Volvo Guys. Don't forget to change the metal Gaskets
on the connection ( two per banjo ) and torque to specs
