I have just removed this from my boat in good working order. It has a 6001+ control head, rudder feedback sensor, compass, computer and heavy duty auto helm type two linear drive.

Asking $1500 for entire setup.

For a 32 foot boat, you should look at a Raymarine EV-1 with tiller drive. It's <$2000. Works fantastically well on my 26 footer.
