Nimrods is open but not called "Crossing the Bridge", how about Hog Island.

And, of course, Le Select in St. Barth's where Marius still presides. Look for me at lunch time there this month.

The hooks all found a little nitch to grab onto, but it a wind shift we would all be on the move!

It was a shame to miss it, but we moved on to the next anchorage...

Thanks for responding. I was wondering if Nimrod was still alive and kicking and performing the "Crossing the Bridge " ritual to new cruisers to the island. Have a GREAT time in Grenada. I did.

My latest discoveries of great pubs.....
Cronins in Crosshaven, Ireland...
Excellent pub with a ton of history and a grand variety of beers also the best pint of Murphys I've had in years.

The Chain Locker, Falmouth, Cornwall.
Another great pub.... convieniently situated 100 metres from the Visitors Marina toilets... the first pub you hit heading out... nice and lively.

Salty Dawg, Homer, AK, Pappa's Bush Bar, Onne, Nigeria. Too many to remember over the years, I remember a Purple Porpoise in Bradenton Beach 30 years ago that was pretty cool.

Nimrod's is still advertising on the morning net as of last May, 2011. I have not been - guess I better get there.
