I think the SW Yacht Club details and list is interesting.

I believe they are the senior club in San Diego and have a significant cruiser contingent. They are working directly with the Mexican government and it has taken them many days to determine the list of required documents and the method of acquisition.

Yes - things are changing and I hope someday, someone will have the answers.

The San Ysidro Passport requirement was a bolt from the blue - the local news organizations are reporting that no one in the US knew anything about the requirement prior to the day it was implemented.
