Increased entry period for international yachts visiting New Zealand bonus for marine

New Zealand’s marine and tourism industries will benefit in a number of ways following the Government’s decision to extend the temporary import entry (TIE) period for visiting superyachts and cruising yachts to New Zealand from the existing 12 months to 24 months.

Good news, as we anticipate a haul-out in NZ for service (it would be the midway point of a circ) and it would be nice to cruise the coasts after that.

NZ seems a sensible place. They know they are hard to reach, and want to make that decision easier.
