Rudder bearings/ bushes

Could someone please tell me if the below rudder bearing, is simply knock out the old push in the new job done.
Or more like force out the old glue/secure-in the new?

Boat is a dufour 385.

First remove the old one, while doing this you'll find out if its glued in. Either way I would glue it in regardless, keeps it fom possibly getting lose also stops a potential leak...
