How to Determine If A Paint is One or Two Part ?

I am getting quite close to painting the decks on Windsong and am ironing out the details. I had planned on using Interlux Perfection, priming with Epoxy Primekote. However, after reading the Primekote instructions, it clearly states not to apply over one-part finishes.

While the white part of my decks are bare gelcoat, the non-skid is painted on. I am unsure if the non-skid is one or two part paint and do not want to screw this up by overlooking that factor.

Is there a way to tell if the paint is one or two part?

Wet a piece of rag with a two part paints reducer like T0001 and put it on the paint, then tape a piece of plastic over it and let it sit. If the paint bubbles up it's one part, if not it's two part. Obviously this is a destructive test, or has the potential to be, so don't do it somewhere you weren't planning on painting anyway. If you don't have any reducer handy MEK should do the job.
