So you think "bugging" a group of lawyers is a good idea?

You know Fstbttms, there are three people that I have blocked. Two of them are in the SF Bay.

No, but shooting them isn't such a bad idea. Shakespeare had the right idea, 'First kill the lawyers'.

What do you call a hundred lawyers chained to a rock at the bottom of the ocean?

A good start.

Re: Bay Area Dry Dock options

bugging

1 - as in Watergate, an attempt to electronically eavesdrop

2 - bothering, as in "Don't bug me man" circa 1963.

Re: Bay Area Dry Dock options

poking the bear

1 - To act in such a way that has a good, but not definite chance, of causing trouble. (You can poke a bear once and maybe get away with it, but if you keep poking him, he's going to get really angry.) To stir things up.

CSPA responsible for more clean bay water: Nelson Marine agrees to out of court settlement on pollution violations

Link to lawsuit - CSPA. Nelson's did install a lot of environmental infrastructure, hired lawyers, spent a lot of money just like sww914 said. Also correct in that he kind of gave up after that. I think Alameda Point is still a superfund site??

Pretty soon we will all go to Mexico for haul outs and bottom jobs. Good excuse to cruise.
