Add Auto Pilot

I have an older 1967 60' wood vessel. It is hydraulic steering. I want to add auto pilot. Can anyone help? I have asked and I get what size is the ram? Well the ram is under the dash and lines going in and out and a couple plugs like maybe it had auto pilot once before. Anyway it looks like about a 1 qt size ram or pump, not sure what it is? It is yellow, no name not much can I see of it. I did not think this should be such a big deal? With the two plugs in it i thought it may be an easy set up. But I can't find or get any good info on what Auto Pilot to buy or what i need? thanks for any help.

Re: Add Auto Pilot

The ram is what moves your rudders, it will not be under the dash. What is under the dash is the pump and reservoir.
