Nanni parts availability

I have searched threads to try to determine CURRENT state of Nanni parts being available at reasonable prices. From earlier (~2016) posts, it seems that was a huge issue. I am researching both Beta and Nanni, and this issue seems to be the big discriminatory.

I'd appreciate any insight/experience with current status (in US). Thanks.
