Fuel tank cleanout

The top of my fuel tank is 1/4" aluminum plate the balance is fiberglass. I have been looking for a clean out port to be able to scrub the inside of the tank occasionally. Anybody have any ideas and source for a leak proof port? I have tried to remove the top, but damage is very likely so that is not a option.

Thanks a bunch
Jay
