A good product. However, the 1-year recommendation is based on the possibility of salt contamination and has NOTHING to do with the AF type. The same engines in stationary (land) generator or industrial applications enjoy longer change interval recommendations.

I use Yanmar brand antifreeze, which I get at a Yanmar dealer, and change it every spring.
