My liveaboard neighbour is a triathlete. She has some sort of roller frame which she can mount her bike on for training in the cockpit (admittedly, they're on a big stinkboat )

I use that in my basement during the winter. I wouldn't want to put an expensive road bike on my boat. I think the salt air would break it down quickly.

I'm not familiar with 303 spray, and you bring up another question I was pondering. We've got two Naish boards, which are a bright yellow color except for the graphics and a textured rubber foot bed on the top. While patching some dings in the fiberglass, I discovered that the yellow they use is identical to the yellow spray paint I can buy at the local hardware store.
I'm wondering if a coat of spray paint on the boards would suffice for UV protection.
