This thread put a smile on my face (thank you). I thought that I was the one that had the slower engine cruising speed, going normally between 2.200 and 2.400 RPM at around 5/5.5K but I see that there are many that cruise at that speed and even some slower.

Who would say? I don't remember to overtake any sailboat while motoring

I need very little wind to go faster than that sailing.
