I think that the Liberty 458 is the best, in particular the european ketch version (known like Delta 46). This boat has the same hull of the Kelly Peterson 46 but a different layout with luxuriously teak finished interiors .

Look her up! Methinks the place of carbon is in the stove, yet her deck/cockpit layout is outstanding. This toy is here now hence my sudden gust of interest.

By the pictures, pretty ugly interior though.

I just bought mine last Saturday! Baltic 38DP in fabulous condition. A great start to the sabbatical, methinks! I have a tremendous amount to learn after 20 years in the desert, but I am really relishing the challenge of picking up where I left off (lots of sailing when I was young). Winter is coming now to Holland (where she's berthed), and I'll be spending my time doing courses before sailing her over to Jersey in spring with some more experienced people.

Can't wait for this adventure - two more weeks of work and then I'll dive straight in! But I'll take it easy - I won't be overstretching myself. I know what I know and what I don't. Looking forward to learning lots on this board.
