What make/model boat is this tall rigged beauty?

I walk past this boat on False Creek, in Vancouver, BC, Canada every day and despite my best sleuthing, I haven’t been able to figure out the make/model. I think she’s a tall-masted beauty, and we’re in the market…

Esteemed sailors, can you help a dinghy sailor out with any ideas what this is?

If they made it out there from the Great Lakes, and you are interested in sailing performance, the S2 9.1 is the real deal.

If you look carefully at the photo, the bow line is a slightly concave clipper bow as opposed to straight or even spoonbill bow, whereas the Yamaha has a straight clipper bow. Also although it is not very well shown on the plan view, the windows do not look the same.
