Ahoy!

Any Wellington 47 owners out there? I have some questions in regard to the helm. I have a 91 Wellington 47 and the helm is extremely heavy. It is giving my auto pilot fits and on two occasions shut it right down. If you're traveling a 5 kts or more it is a bear to steer whether under power or sail. Wondered if anyone else experienced this on their's.
