PAR bilge pump throwing belt

I have a PAR 36600 series bilge that is throwing its belt repeatedly. It started to do it occasionally. Now it cannot even keep the belt on for more than a few seconds.

There seems like there should be a way of adjusting the distance between the gears, but I cannot find anything either on the pump or in the document that came with the pump.

Anyone ever have this issue? Any suggestions?

There are two screws that mount the motor, one is slotted and you can tension the belt with that.
