Mercury OEM Manual vs Seloc

Is there any difference between the $68 Mercury brand service manual for my 2002 15hp 2-stroke outboard and the one offered for 30 bucks by Seloc?

(SELOC Marine Manuals | Mercury, ALL 2 Stroke Engines, 2001 to 2005 | 1418 from the ShipStore.com ™ on-line catalog.)

Yes; The Seloc is a better manual for the non-professional. Better explanations, more, better pictures, less jargon.
