Got it sorted, finally..........

We're now the proud owners of an Alan Wright 10m (32'10" for those still in the dark ages ), built in NZL, where all the best yachts are built .
The previous owners were fantastic to deal with and the whole sale was an enjoyable experience. We've definitely made some new friends.

The delivery trip is ~200nm up through the Keppel Is, Whitsundays and onto Magnetic Island (tropical east coast Australia). Should be pretty straight forward with the prevailing SE trades (allowed 5 very easy days), but if anyone has tips/advice specific to the trip/area I would love to hear it.

If there's anyone on the forum in the Nth Qld area please make yourself known.

I like his designs, nearly bought a 28' back in the 80's but the cockpit was too small for the Aussie climate.That looks great though.
