Experience of Farr Pilothouse yahcts?

Just wondering if anyone has experience of long distance cruising in a Farr Pilothouse yacht (either 50 ft or the 56 ft)? They were built between about 2000 and 2009 by BSI in Sweden - look like nice boats but appreciate comments from anyone who has done some ocean crossings or a circumnavigation? Thanks

we've had a nauticat pilothouse for 10+ years. the only down side of the pilothouse design for ocean cruising is that one must always have plexiglass bolt down storm ports. maintaining the integrity of a pilothouse's large window areas can be a problem in a pitchpole. one needs to be able to avoid the pilothouse ports caving in in a knockdown. some old pilothouse designs like the Hardins showed what a problem knockdowns can be for pilothouse designs.

No experience but I really, really, like the 60' Farr Pilothouse. They are really beautiful and well build boats - from the photos.

Bump. Am also interested in the Farr 50 and 56. Would appreciate any color.
