As far as new models go, Hunter is all I know of.

Thanks!
As you have gotten aready there are lots of CC boats in the size you are looking for (Hunter, Bene Passport, Island Packet, Moody, older Morgans, Pearsons, Endevors, Gulfstars, Bistrols Petersons, Whitneys, Brewers). But you also say "new" and say $250k so it depends of what "new" is.

Yatchworld used to have a search choice for just searching CC boats.

I used to think I wanted a CC. But decided in the 45' range you were getting a centerline berth but going to lose salon space. I now feel a better choice is a deck salon boat or a boat with a forward master berth.

Which ever way you decide I hope you have fun!

Been looking online and have seen some very interesting designs; the moody ds and the island packet sp cruiser. Anyone know of other brands that follow this trend?
