Crew Wanted: To Sail or To Sell...'tis the Objective

Overwhelmed Independent Owner/Sailor/Female with best girlfriend of 35yrs (meaning no drama with us)

Objective:
~SAIL the BVI's and Bahamas, where I am currently- WITH some assistance from more Experienced sailor/s, so I can have more Enjoyment WHILE sharpening my skills.

Am open to:
~ sailing or shipping her to Europe by May then selling her and replacing with a Power boat.
~selling her once in Europe later on, After I have had some FUN and Exhaust all other possibilities.
~ Getting healthier and tanner would be nice.
~ new culture, languages, lifestyle, mind set.

Reality:
2012 450 Lagoon Owners Version- I purchased to see the world, meet new people, and have quality experiences But am overwhelmed with her alone.
I was told by my trainer captain couple i am a neat, safe, thorough, and a wonderful motor driver with her. However I am losing my self-confidence alone.
My best friend has no boating skills and can get sea sick, so she comes and goes. She is sitting at dock while I walk the beach after I read my TO Do lists and see HPF once more on Aircons..

Ability:
ASA 101,013,104,114 completed last November. I Can motor her anywhere in good weather and able to dock single handle, usually with calmness. I Know her inside and out. Have taken the jib out and in single handle. Smile like an idiot when the engines are off and the main is up-its electric roller furling, btw, but a tear somewhere on main sheet from a yachtsman that was not patient, nor a Sailor.
Can plot a course and follow...and use ipad as back up, But Doing this alone in Bahamas and not being able to go below, Must captain and no breaks or back up, having to pee on the tramp.. curtailed my confidence to continue all alone..yikes

Mentality:
There has GOT to be a Better WAY and a captain or couple that HASN'T A CATAMARAN BUT PLENTY OF knowledge and time to come travel, explore, on MINE while I sharpen MY skills and decide she and my FUTURE.

Finances:
At my end here.. 1.5 yrs later and most of money gone..thinking and writig out loud.. idk, maybe help with ur travel costs if needed and/or perhaps a food allowance..?. All my boat expenses, and my personal of course I pay.
If I feel a great fit, I may allow you to sail alone, as I do have some pending schedule conflicts and responsibilities that require me to leave. I am very flexible, and don't want this to be a job..but rather a lifestyle of Sail, experience, Self reflection, examination of others needs, and community service goodwill to the islands and waters travelled.
Helping others while I sail is important to me.

Personal:
I am very gregarious and friendly. Not looking to find romance but rather find more of myself, happiness and peace.
I Love MUSIC, to hula hoop, learn, and laugh.
No smokers please-im highly allergic.
Social drinking fine. No alcoholics please..already have one in the family...;>
I only drink water, no sodas. very clean and tidy.
