Crew Wanted: Mystic CT heading south end of September

Plan to head south towards the end of September from Fisher island sound through long island NY, up the Delaware and down the Cheasapeak and onto the Bahamas in short hops (weather dependant).
I am not familiar with these waters so I'm looking for someone with knowledge of this route to join me.
The boat is a Dufour 27 with a yanmar inboard, good sails, autopilot and GPS.
I am an experienced sailor (20k miles including 4 Atlantic crossings).

Hello Captain. I am a fellow sailor who lives in Merritt Island, Florida. I sailed for years in the Chesapeake and have made an offshore delivery from here (Ponce Inlet) to the Beaufort NC area.
