Cheers mate.. trip for me ends at Tortola, BVI's as the change of plan from 2nd week Feb to this w/end cut short the time to arrange a B1/B2 visa to enter Puerto Rico.. so it'll be Beef Island to PR and change for flight to London.

OK - sounds good - ETA?? Otherwise phone me on 1 284 496 7382 (just 496 7382 in Tortola).

As a thought: My B1/B2 ran out ages ago but what I do is ferry over to USVI from Tortola(50 buck return) where they give me 90 days, then take the boat straight over to USVI to clear into the US which also saves the hassle of clearing in on the mainland....

Catching the midnight train to Madrid then on to Barcelona tomorrow.. sail Saturday for Almerimar to stock up for a week then a run to Gran Canaria to provision with fresh for the crossing... so looking at late Feb, early March in all likelihood.. allowing for a couple of days in SXM for R&R and laundry..

Ive done the route from Curaçao to Panama and cruised Panama extensively. Have also transited the Canal. Could be available for part or all of that leg depending upon schedule.

Can't say Im real excited about the slog up the W coast, but could potentially be available for some of it. Maybe Boatie wants the other bits.

Have done many assited deliveries. Can incorporate training too if wanted. (ASA Instructor Evaluator, USCG 100 Ton).

Hi Josh..
I'm posting this for the benefit of others apart from just you..
Thanks for considering me for the job however.. when you take into account my travel costs from Portugal out to your boat and then back home from LA it does not make economic sense.. especially when you add my fee onto that.. you'd be better served finding someone in your area along the W Coast..
I'm here to help.. and offer a cheap option for folks with limited funds (or not ) get the best deal they can and in your case.. I'm not..

Can't wait to follow your trip! I promise I won't try to start a chicken little scare while you're out there.
However I am happy and willing to start a betting pool on all the parameters of your trip. If anyone wants to buy a square to get in on the action I'll send you my routing number

I hope you have a fun trip
