Corpus Christi liveaboard

I am looking at getting a sail boat. Probably around 45'. I would like to keep it in the downtown marina and I'm looking for someone reasonably compatible for a roomie that would be willing to share expenses. I'll take care of the direct cost of the boat, but I would like to split the marina fees.

If you are reasonably flexible, I would like to do some day, or several day trips locally. My primary interest is in kiting.

I'm a 65 year young gentleman.

Thank you. I knew it was blowing. Woke me up. Neighbor that lost a fence in Harvey lost it again so I knew winds were nukin.

Perhaps we could do a day sail sometime if you need a crew.
