What kind of boat is this?

This cool little boat is moored next to us in Woods Hole, MA. I like the lines and was thinking maybe it was a Pacific Seacraft, but I thought they have a bowsprit.... Just curious.

Anybody?

It looks like a baby Valiant or something. Is it a 26?
