is in sd bay--south. the road is the strand.
looks like it sunk.
its bow is facing ocean, musta been misdirected.

Nahh.. youre all wrong. Its just a new design with very low freeboard. It keeps leeway down when motoring . Also there is a smoother airflow over the now underwater decks. You know how bad winches and rails can be at disturbing lower airflow!
