It may still be a bit chilly in February, but take a look at St. Andrews in Panama City. It's in the panhandle but I've camped there many times. There are several campsites that are right on the bay.

Compared to Massachusetts, it'll be warm, but I remember a miserable bike ride in 40 degree rain in February, and another on a fine morning at 32, but sunny in Panama City.

I'd go further south. I think it was near seventy in Miami on those days.

Just say'n. I'm chilly here in Texas and its only in the 40's
