Reading the AQIS/DAFF pages, it seems that any yacht entering Australia must exhaust their food supplies while outside Australian waters, or have anything remaining confiscated and destroyed as suspect of contamination.

Seems a bit paranoid psychotic to ban "non dairy creamer", there's usually nothing but chemicals and artery cloggers in there. UGH.
