Now Officialy a 'Single Hander' !

Well, what a couple of weeks. I've probably done more sea miles in the past 10 days than most people do in a year!

After a fantastic week brining my new pride and joy down to the Med' from N Spain with our own 'boatman61', I droped him at Gibraltar today so he could catch a flight. Of course, we went by boat so that ment me taking 'Rubessa' back to my home port, about 4 hours away by sea, on my own once i'd seen him off.

Must say it felt rather odd not to have a second pair of eyes with me but after a while it was like second nature and found the freedom of 'one man and his boat' wonderfull.

Got quite a few little jobs to do to her now but I can't wait for my next solo voyage!
