New Web Site

Hi everyone,
For those who have shown interest in my little project, especially the square sails and rig change, I am pleased to announce I have finally started a web site at www.schooner-britannia.com which I will try to keep up to date with new photos as the job progresses. I hope you enjoy my scribbling.

Re: New Web Site

Yes, it was actually brown and green, but, I didn’t want to spring $2000 of so for a sail when I was not sure if the system would work, and not certain of the actual shape. It is not the same as a regular square sail which can have considerable bunt built in, because they don’t have to roll up round a mandrel. I will have a real sail built shortly, cut flat.

The site looks good. And as expected, a very interesting project.
Can't wait to see the completed masterpiece
