Need Info on Quick-Drying Towels

I understand there are some towels that are made out of a special material that are very quick drying. Anyone know what they are called and where they are available. Thanks!!

The only ones I would use on my skin;

We have used these towels for boating, sports, camping, travel, in the car for wet dogs for 20 years. They feel good against the skin, wear well, stay looking nice and dry in a heartbeat. The snap loop on them make them easy to hang almost anywhere without blowing away.

Most of the fast dry towels are yucky against the skin. Shamwows, the loopy towels, all too plastic feeling to us.

These have a soft velvety nap and are really worth the price.

MOST of them are not worth much... but the ones I suggested... beyond wonderful in my book!

I particularly hate the snaggy dry handed loopy ones like this;

100% agree on the new gen MSR towels. Have a bunch of them and they hold up great, and feel nice against the skin. The older ones had a bad habit of ripping the loops out especially if you left them on the lifelines to dry in the wind.

I've used the MSR towels as well. The thinner ones work fine. The longer you use them, the fuzzier they get. When you first get them it's a little "no way is this going to work", but work they do, and eventually you really get into them.

Save your money and buy cheap thin beach towels at Walmart--they dry fast and last a long time.
