Long term sailboat storage near Long Island Sound

Does anyone know an inexpensive but reliable place in the Long Island Sound to haul and store a 38 foot sailboat? The place I've been using in Norwalk, CT, which is quite good, costs around $2,500 in the winter and $2,500 in the summer. I won't be putting the boat in the water next year, so I'm looking at $7,500 for 18 months of storage, which seems a lot to pay for long-term parking. Does it cost around the same everywhere in this area? Does it get any better up in Rhode Island or perhaps up the Hudson?

Jim, do you know how to reach Maxwell boat yard? They don't pick up or return messages on their telephone listed in Google.

I just called Captain Cove. Once you include stanchions, they charge about $60 per foot with no discounts for storing longer than 6 months. This is similar to rates I've gotten at other places. Anyone know a cheaper place?
