Harbor or harbour fees

Hi All

Properly a stupid question but since i know there is many Experience sailors here I was wondering do you pay fees if you enter a harbor and just re-provision and refuel your boat and lay by the service dock and if yes is the price at same as a night –day looking forward to your Answers
