Full Time Cruisers

After nearly 4 years of prep and saving we threw off the lines today and became full time cruisers. We sailed from Portland to Christmas Cove for our first stop on our way to Nova Scotia and spending the summer cruising the Canadian Maritimes. We are looking forward to meeting new people, seeing beautiful places, forgetting what day of the week it is and spending lots of time exploring and adventuring.

Congratulations Amigo....

It gives the planners and dreamers proof that there is an endgame rather than just going broke adding gear and reworking boat systems!

Re: Full Time Cruisers

good on you.

when we're out cruising (few months at a time) we find that the cares and concerns of dirt dwelling simply disappear. we don't even think about them. we don't watch tv or read newspapers. the rest of the world could come to an end and we would hardly notice it.

hope this happens to you....
