I recently purchased new North sails from the loft in New Orleans. The zipper on my mainsail cover gave way and water stood in the folds of the sail for some time and resulted in some yellow staining. I took the sail back to North. They shiopped it to a lab back east to try to determine the cause of the staining to no avail. They then promptly replaced my sail. I'm a North customer for life.
