Best warm water charter spot in February

For our first charter I'd like the kids to be able to jump into warm water... Like, 80 degrees.

The water temp in La Paz, Mexico, for example, hits 80 plus in the late summer/fall, but 63 (!) in February.

We're in California, but can travel.

A little help, please.
