Best place to stop between Miami and New York

We are now in Miami, planing to mouve north
Is somebody can recomend some good place to stop on the way

St Augustine! But if you are looking for just one stop near mid-way then I'm not sure.

How far north do you want to go? I would recommend going at least to Chesapeake Bay. Annapolis is a great area.

St Augustine - interesting city, easy mooring balls, watch the entrance, it can be tough

Charleston SC closer to halfway. Lots of good food, repair facilities and good cover up the rivers in case of a hurricane.

If you want something less urban go up the Chesapeake or Delaware Bay. Lewes DE was one of our favorite small town stops but limited resources there.
