Does anyone know if they opened the customs office that was planned for young island ,kingstown st. vincent

Sorry, ub1, I haven't been up that far yet this season. I know there was one planned for Young Island Cut area. I am almost always northbound when I hit St. Vincent so I've usually already done the C&I thing on either Union Island of Bequia. If I get there fairly soon I'll post again.
