Skipper with boat for 2 week sailing trip - recommendations?

Hello everyone!

We are a group of 4-6 people and plan to go sailing in the Carribbean from ~christmas 2016 to January 7th 2017.

We don't have a specific region in mind, the area around Guadeloupe (Dominica, Antigua, Barbuda,...) looks very appealing though.

Neither of us can sail, so we are looking for a good and knowledgable skipper and a boat (catamaran preferred).

There are plenty of companies who offer catamarans with skipper and more, but that's highly expensive (6000-10000 €/week is a bit too much). The prices are understandably high, as these are companies with corresponding structure,personell and seats in Europe. We are more looking for sometihng local, maybe someone who lives there and earns his money with sailing trips.

Who has experience with a skipper, knows someone or has contacts?
