ARC-USA Contact Intro?

Hi all, I'm looking for someone who can do an e-mail introduction with one of the organizers for the ARC-USA (Tortola-Bermuda)?

When I'm not sailing, dreaming about sailing, or lurking on CF, I am actually a scientist at the University of Michigan. I am trying to get a direct contact information for someone who works at the ARC-USA regarding an interdisciplinary study we are conducting about offshore passage stress.

Before I send a cold email to the generic email address on the ARC website, maybe someone here knows someone who works for the ARC-USA and could make an initial introduction for me?
