Accurate information on marinas in St Martin for the 2019 - 2020 sailing season

Unbelievably, almost two years after hurricane Irma it is hard to get accurate information as to what marinas are actually open and functional.
I am looking for a long term slip (7 months starting in November).

I had heard the the Simpson Bay Yacht Club Marina was open but when I just called and talked with the dock master she told me that they WERE NOT OPEN and waiting on corporate to provide funding for repairs.

Here is what I can determine regarding marinas in St Martin:
Simpson Bay Yacht Club Marina - not open... call back in October
Anse Marcel Marina - Not open, no repairs initiated yet at all
Fort St Louis - Open but so surgy that I think my cleats would rip out of the hull
Ile de Sol - more than an hour for my boat to the bridge to get out of the bay
Island Water World - Open but very industrial. More of a repair/work dock
Captain Olivers - gone forever?
Port de Plaisance Yacht Club - No response

Can anyone actually in St martin tell me what is actually open or probably will be open by next season?

I thought it's better to write here instead of opening a new thread of St Martin. Wondering how's the rebuilding going on, especially in Marigot. Pictures? Friends of mine were there in march and there're a lot derelict houses etc.. I'm going there next spring to sail to Azores and got a week to explore the island..

The French side has been slow to recover, but the Dutch have moved forward and most business places are open. I see a lot of slips available and a lot of damage. Personally I wouldn't stay in a marina, much prefer Marigot bay.
