EDIT; This is all that Google
turns up for Noonsite;
Interestingly it appears to be a hash of stuff from 2010 and supposedly something more recent from "Levent Ballar, General Manager of the Turkish Marine Environment
Protection Association (TURMEPA)" (albeit the official notice is not included).
FWIW, they are inferring that "Grey Water" must be routed to the black water tanks
, and that "Waste Water" is defined as "black water
water, ballast water, and sludge". Does this mean that shower
water, sink water, etc... is not considered as "Waste Water" and therefore isn't "Grey Water" either?
Wonder when they'll realize that the fish
farms, and chemical run off from fields are a bigger source of pollutants than the maritime industry?
