Interestingly it appears to be a hash of stuff from 2010 and supposedly something more recent from "Levent Ballar, General Manager of the Turkish
Marine Environment Protection Association (TURMEPA)" (albeit the official notice is not included).
FWIW, they are inferring that "Grey Water" must be routed to the black
water tanks, and that "Waste Water" is defined as "black
water,
bilge water, ballast water, and sludge". Does this mean that
shower water, sink water, etc... is not considered as "Waste Water" and therefore isn't "Grey Water" either?
Wonder when they'll realize that the
fish farms, and chemical run off from fields are a bigger source of pollutants than the maritime industry?
