Irwin 30 in Tampico

Hi everybody. It hurts a lot but I must sell my beloved I30. She is here in Tampico Mexico with me and she has been having a ball sailing every weekend with me and my pals. All of her systems are new and her interior is totally refurbished as well. I cannot go into all the details here but:
New elec-panel, switches, solar, Morningstar 60A, 240Ah house bank, new stereo & spkrs in & out with A B sw., bilge pumpS new (500&2000),
Water system redone and PERFECT
All LEDS in and out...new custom made LP stove, all wood redone or new, new cabin sole, new cabinets in V berth with custom LEDs and fans. Bathroom area redone with cabinets, drawer, and hanging locker.
Atomic 4 uses less than 1 gal per hr, new impellar and electronic ignition. I have oil filter system to install...new guages.
All leaks are gone! Everything has bee removed, cleaned well and rebedded in butyl tape. This is a dry boat.
ALL thru hulls redone and new bronze valves throughout.
2 arches with 500W solar, new cockpit cushions. new entry doors, all teak redone. 2 winches in perfect shape. New custom made bimini.
Main and 2 foresails (150 and 120) all redone...2 reef pts and new jib sheets (9/16). All sheets in good shape. She is very easy to sail...Us amateurs have a ball so you can get serious!
She only needs topside and side paint. Last bottom job Nov. 2015.
There is soooo much more to list...If you are interested in a great sailboat that is 90% done please email me or PM me and I will tell you all you want to know and what some of my future plans for her were as well.. If you want specific photos...ask and no problem.
I have to sell her for medical reasons and I do have some pressure to do so.
I am asking $22,000 (well over $50,000 invested) and YEA, I know I'll never see that again but my idea was to make my retirement home with her and now this has changed. Reasonable offers will be considered. I want her to go to a good home...REDUCED TO $20,000
I may be able to help with moving her as well...You can PM me here or email me (better) all_as@hotmail.com Skype: william.bevalet Wuts app, 011 52 833 307 2900
I'd also at this time like to thank everyone here for all your help with my questions while refurbishing my baby here. You all are the BEST!!!
HOW DO I ADD PIX? Most would not upload..
