Want To Buy: I am looking to purchase a Helia 44

I am looking for a fountaine pajot Helia 44 around 2014 to 2016, three cabin preferably not chartered ...we are in Florida, if you or if you know anybody that is thinking about selling.... I would love to buy it direct from an owner and not have to deal with the seller paying the broker almost $50,000

Ironically enough, I was just working with a colleague the other day that might be selling a 2015 Helia 44. He's the type of owner that "spares no expense" at keeping the boat well-appointed and everything working correctly at 100%. I'll ask him if i can share his contact into and I'll see if I can put you in touch with him.

His is an owner's version. He's looking to trade up.

I saw on another site that lassehauger@gmail.com is selling his owners version Hellia 44 2015 for asking $483000 in Norwayy- its super equipted

Great idea on boycotting a broker middleman. I will do the same when the time comes. As long as you have a highly reputable surveyor on your team you should be good. Im not sure about the "title search" process though.
