Survey went as expected and the boat has been accepted on the spot. So now I'm just waiting for the money to show up in my account.

She sold to the first buyer seriously looking for a 380. Once marked as *under offer* i even received offers above asking price.
Obviously a sellers market right now for cats.

It would have been number one on my list had I been looking to buy and in the Mediterranean. Obviously, anyone can clean but the pictures looked like a brand new boat. Unlikely you kept it so clean, sailed with your kids on board, but neglected the key systems. Congrats to the new owner.

Money arrived today so EOS is sold. she will be a fulltime cruising liveaboard home for a young energetic couple starting off in the med. Sad to see EOS go but way better than seeing EOS root in a marina.
