For Sale: 2008 Lagoon 380 S2

Due to time constraints (not mine, the kid's !) we decided to sell our 2008 Lagoon 380 S2 called EOS.

She is hull #511 featuring the standard 4 cabin layout and is a genuine 2008 built, delivered in summer 2008 to a private owner (European VAT was paid back then and is not recoverable).
We are second owners from new, and the boat has been part-time chartered only for the first year. She has been in private use since 2009.

EOS been treated very well since we bought her and she is in very good condition. All systems have been serviced and the interior looks very good, too.

In 2017/2018 we installed

2x 280Wp solar panels with separate Victron MPPT controllers
Powersurvivor 35 watermaker
Trojan batteries

Hi This is Stewart from Florida...I see you now have the boat listed with a broker.... the broker fees will be 10%.....so that means you will get 163 euros if you get full price...We could have negotiated more???

Stewart,

you are _assuming_ the boker's fee is 10% and your assumption is wrong. I am not going into the details but my deal with the broker entails no commission.
